These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings and use of our hyperbaric oxygen
therapy (“HBOT”) facilities operated by HBOT Bristol, trading under hbothtreapy.co.uk
(“we”, “us”, “our”).
By booking or attending a session, you (“you”, “the client”) agree to these Terms in full.
1. Nature of Service
HBOT Bristol provides access to a privately operated hyperbaric oxygen chamber for general wellness and relaxation purposes.
We do not provide medical diagnosis or advice. Our service is not a substitute for medical care.
Any information on this website is not to be used as medical advice.
Clients are responsible for consulting their GP or medical professional before using hyperbaric oxygen therapy, especially if they have any medical conditions or concerns.
2. Eligibility and Screening
All clients must complete a basic screening questionnaire before their first session.
We reserve the right to decline or postpone access to the chamber.
The screening process does not constitute medical advice.
3. Booking and Payment
All sessions must be paid in full in advance at the time of booking.
Payment is accepted online. Cash payments may be accepted only at our discretion.
No booking is confirmed until payment has been received.
4. Bundles
We offer session bundles (e.g. 5, 10, or 20 sessions).
Bundle packages are nominative and for the named client only.
Bundles are non-refundable and non-exchangeable in all cases, including illness, relocation, non-use, business closure, or unforeseen events such as pandemics or natural disruptions.
Bundles must be used within 12 months of purchase; unused sessions will automatically expire.
5. Session Attendance and Conduct
Please arrive on time. We request to arrive 10 minutes before your first session. Late arrival may shorten your session.
If a client decides or needs to leave the chamber before the end of the session, the session is finished. No refund or replacement will be given.
Clients must follow all staff instructions and safety procedures while on site.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled by the client up to 48 hours before the appointment via our online booking system our via contacting us.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the session will result in the loss of that session.
If a client repeatedly cancels or reschedules sessions in a way that causes operational disruption or loss of business, we reserve the right to:
deduct the affected sessions from their package or bundle,
cancel any single-session booking without refund,
suspend or terminate future bookings, and/or
restrict or withdraw package use without refund.
7. Business Interruption or Closure
In the unlikely event that HBOT Bristol ceases trading, is temporarily closed, or otherwise unable to continue operations, no refunds or compensation will be payable for unused sessions or packages.
By purchasing sessions or packages, you accept this risk.
8. Liability
Participation in HBOT sessions is voluntary and implies an understanding that risks are involved.
Bringing any electronic device into the chamber is entirely at your own responsibility and risk.
Clients must inform staff of any health changes or discomfort immediately.
9. Privacy and Data
Personal information collected during booking or screening is handled in line with our Privacy Policy] and the UK GDPR.
Information is used solely for managing appointments and ensuring client safety.
10. General
These Terms may be updated at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
UK law governs these Terms, and any disputes will be handled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By booking or attending, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms.
